Specifications, installation instructions and CAD files can be found here to help you configure your installation. Our chandeliers are designed to work in concert with the outlines of the interior, so we encourage design professionals to incorporate our drawings into theirs early on in the design process, such that the chandeliers and the space enter into fruitful dialogue.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the 21 series pendants made of?
They are made from raw, unglazed porcelain, the inside is discreetly glazed for a little sparkle.
Are the pendants meant to touch one another?
Yes, they are inspired by the way barnacles form on the surface of a rock.
How do I clean the 21 pendants?
With a white, lint free cloth and warm water if required.
Are the pendants heights adjustable?
You can adjust the heights on the 21.1/3/5/7 whereas the 21.21/26/36/50 are preset to your specifications.
How do I measure the heights for the 21.21/26/36/50?
From the underside of the canopy (which has a depth of 2”) to the underside of the pendant. (which is approximately 5-6” tall)
What do the chandeliers weigh?
You can find all the weights listed on our spec sheets in the download column to the left.
Are the 21 shades extremely fragile?
They are surprisingly tough but like all beautiful and precious things they should be handled with care.
Is this a low voltage chandelier? If so, what is the voltage?
Yes, the voltage is 12V.
Are transformers included?
How many pendants can you put on one transformer?
One Bocci transformer can power from 1 to 3 pendants (using 20Watt xenon lamps).
Are lamps included?
Yes. You can purchase replacement lamps here.
Can these chandeliers be dimmed?
Yes, in fact we recommend it. Dimming not only allows you to change the effect and the intensity of the chandelier it also makes the lamps last up to twice as long. For dimming on the xenon version you will need to purchase a low voltage electronic dimmer.
What are the canopy finishes?
The standard finish for the 21.1/3/5/7 is brushed nickel. The standard finish for the 21.14/26/36/50 is white powder coated mild steel.
My lamps keep flickering on and off, why is this happening?
Every complaint like this has been solved by replacing the existing halogen lamps with our xenon lamps. The filament in the xenon lamps is much heartier and does not fracture or break due to movements in the building. This is why we do not recommend or sell halogen lamps.
Why do you recommend remote mounting the transformers?
We recommend this for ease of maintenance down the line as transformers have a finite life.
Do your transformers hum or buzz?
Are your transformers electronic or magnetic?
What are your lead times?
For all of our standard chandeliers our lead times are 1-3 days from receipt of payment in full. Our custom chandeliers have a lead time of approximately 3 weeks from receipt of signed shop drawings. Shop drawings are issued once we have a confirmed PO and 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due prior to shipping.
Can I hang these chandeliers on a sloped ceiling?
Yes, you can hang our chandeliers on a gently sloped ceiling of 15 degrees or less. If it is a steeper slope it can also be done but there may be other restrictions in terms of the pendant configuration—please contact Bocci for steep ceiling applications.
Can I get a different canopy finish outside of the standard option?
Yes. We can custom powder coat to match RAL colour codes. We also offer a brushed stainless steel canopy. Both of these options come with an up-charge.
Can the canopy be mounted flush with the ceiling?
Yes, you can order a custom mud-in canopy, which creates a seamless and flush finish.
